This Privacy Policy explains how Sonora (“we”, “us”, “the app”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Sonora mobile application and this website. By using Sonora, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Account information — when you sign in, we process an account identifier and authentication token so we can save your songs and library.
  • Creative inputs — the text prompts, lyrics, style, genre, mood and vocal selections, and any image you upload to generate a song.
  • Generated content — the songs, lyrics and audio the app creates for you, stored so you can play, manage and share them.
  • Support requests — the contents of any message you send to us, including your email address.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage and device data — app interactions, feature usage, crash and performance diagnostics, device model, operating system version, language, and a device or installation identifier.
  • Purchase data — subscription status and transaction identifiers, processed through our payments partner (RevenueCat) and the Apple App Store billing system. We never receive your full payment card details.

How we use your information

  • To generate music from your prompts and deliver the app’s features.
  • To save and sync your library, playlists and favorites.
  • To process subscriptions and manage entitlements.
  • To provide curated Explore content and improve the quality of generation.
  • To diagnose crashes, prevent abuse, and keep the service secure.
  • To respond to your support requests.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us run Sonora, including:

  • Cloud hosting and AI processing providers — to generate and store songs.
  • RevenueCat and the App Store — to process and validate purchases.
  • Analytics and crash-reporting providers — to understand usage and fix problems.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of our users.

Data retention

We keep your account data and generated content for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual songs in the app, or request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. Some data may be retained as required for legal, security or accounting purposes.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@aimusics.club. You can also manage or cancel your subscription in your device settings.

Children’s privacy

Sonora is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your data in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version here and update the “Last updated” date above.
